Unforgettable Classics: Russian Reader Intermediate-Advanced, 19th Century is a collection of five great stories and novellas by famous Russian writers of the 19th century – After the Ball by Leo Tolstoy, Anna on the Neck by Anton Chekhov, Bela, a chapter from the Hero of Our Time by Mikhail Lermontov, Asya by Ivan Turgenev and Gambler by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. It consists of two parts of intermediate and advanced level. The stories are abridged and arranged by the level of difficulty. Each story is divided into numbered paragraphs with corresponding extensive vocabulary lists in the end of each story.
